Cancellation Policy

-All bookings are final and non-refundable. No refunds given for cancellations, no-shows or late arrivals. -Your spot is secured once payment is received. -Tickets are nontransferable. A one-time exception may be made with prior written approval from Navigate to Nature. -Due to liability requirements, each participant must have completed forms and waivers on file. Without these, participation is not permitted. -Requests for transfer must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event (168 full hours to the start of the event). -As a small, hands on business, we are actively preparing and participating in adventures and need ample time to review requests and gather necessary information without disrupting other experiences. -Requests received after this deadline will respectfully be denied. -The transfer request is only valid after receiving the written approval from Navigate to Nature. -We value your time and your faith in us, therefore, if Navigate to Nature needs to cancel for unforeseen circumstances, safety or extreme weather, you will receive one of the following: -A full credit toward any future event (valid for 6 months) or -The option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date -As a thank you for your flexibility, Navigate to Nature will offer a digital gift of our choosing. Examples may include: -An oracle card draw and interpretation -Affirmation card pull -A recorded meditation, breathwork or affirmation session -A poem or other creative offering These are examples; the digital gift will be chosen based on our time, preferences and the nature of your scheduled adventure. We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you're navigating illness, grief or other tender circumstances, please reach out. While we cannot guarantee a solution, we welcome the opportunity to discuss compassionate options within the spirit of this policy.
