Discover the liberating power of a bottom-up somatic release under the canopy of a living, breathing tree. Listen to your body's natural wisdom. Using physical movement to safely access, process and release stored stress and trauma.

We will gather in the grove and partner with the trees as active resistance tools. Through a guided flow of deep body tracking, intentional tension releases against the bark and an active neurogenic shake out, we will let the earth absorb what we no longer need to carry.

Come move, breathe, and give your body the space to finally let go.

Bring your yoga mat or beach towel, comfortable clothes suitable for leaning against tree bark and bug spray.
